I began my career as a Customer Service Representative at Alorica in 2023, where I assisted thousands of customers over nearly two years—primarily focusing on technical issues related to their devices and services. My highest educational attainment is Senior High School with a specialization in Accountancy, Business, and Management (ABM). This background provided me with a solid foundation in key areas of business, including finance, marketing, and operations.
